Broker Administrator – Hybrid Role | Based In Lynnwood, Pretoria
Acuideas is on the lookout for a dedicated Administrator to manage underwriting processing and policy administration for our Brokers. If you’re passionate about insurance and excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
The Ideal Candidate is someone who:
- can effectively manage the administration of all policies for our Brokers.
- will provide expert advice to Brokers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional service.
- is able to handle mid-term adjustments and finalise renewals efficiently.
- can communicate clearly and professionally with clients and Brokers.
- will ensure timely updates and amendments in line with service level agreements.
- is proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- can excel under pressure, multi-task, and remain solutions focused.
- is honest, reliable, self-motivated, and attentive to detail. A true team player.
- Matric Qualification
- RE5 Qualification
- Post graduate qualification is advantageous
- CPD Points in Compliance with FAIS
- 3-5 Years Experience, with a proven track record in a short-term insurance role, preferably within a brokerage environment.
This is a hybrid role, and the successful candidate will be required to travel and report to the Lynnwood based office at times.
